  • Any screenshots captured are uploaded directly to your specified Discord channel via webhook.

b. Settings and Configuration

  • SnapCord stores webhook URLs, user preferences, and other configuration data locally on your computer. This information is not shared or transmitted to any external server.

c. Diagnostic Data

  • In case of errors, SnapCord may log error messages locally to help with debugging. These logs are stored only on your computer and are not sent to any external service.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected or stored by SnapCord is used solely to:

  • Enable the app’s core functionality, such as capturing and uploading screenshots to your specified Discord channel.
  • Store and apply your user preferences for a seamless experience.

3. Third-Party Services

SnapCord integrates with Discord through its webhook feature. When using SnapCord:

  • Screenshots are uploaded directly to the Discord webhook URL you provide.
  • SnapCord does not control how Discord handles your uploaded content. Please refer to Discord’s Privacy Policy for more details.

We prioritize the security of your data by:

  • Keeping all user preferences and configuration settings local to your device.
  • Ensuring that SnapCord operates without transmitting sensitive information to external servers.

However, it is your responsibility to protect access to your Discord webhook URLs to prevent unauthorized use.

  • Access and Control: You have full control over all data stored by SnapCord, which is located on your device.
  • Data Deletion: Uninstalling SnapCord removes all locally stored configuration data. No additional steps are required to delete your data.
